KO Public Works provides advisory and technical services for community and capital planning, training and technical services for member First Nations as a non-profit service. The staff work closely with the First Nations public works managers and staff in areas of housing, water and wastewater management, power generation and distribution and the management of major capital projects. Capacity building occurs in order to gain access to skills and expertise for managing capital projects, retaining technical expertise and developing capital data bases as project management tools.
